Information & Fees

  • Sessions are a space to talk openly about whatever feels important to you.

There is no set agenda, and you don’t need to prepare anything in advance. We begin wherever you are, and take time to explore what’s going on in a way that feels meaningful to you.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are held online.

  • At the moment, sessions are offered online only.

  • Sessions usually take place once a week, at the same time each week.

This helps to create a consistent space where we can build a deeper understanding over time.

  • Sessions are £90 per session.

This reflects a reduced rate while I am in advanced doctoral training, and may increase once I am fully qualified.

  • I offer a brief 10–15 minute introductory call if you would like to get a sense of whether working together feels right.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, I ask for at least 24 hours’ notice.

If you are planning time away (for example, holidays), I ask for at least one week’s notice where possible.

You are free to end therapy at any time. There is no fixed commitment to a set number of sessions, although I would usually encourage us to take a little time to bring the work to a thoughtful close where possible.

  • Everything discussed in sessions is treated as confidential.

The main exceptions are where there is a risk of serious harm to yourself or others, or where there is a legal obligation to disclose information. If this were to arise, I would aim to discuss this with you wherever possible.

  • I am an existential psychotherapist in advanced doctoral training (PhD, Year 3).

I hold a BSc in Psychology and an MSc in Psychological Research, and I work under regular supervision in line with professional guidelines.

I am a trainee member of the UKCP and a graduate member of the BPS.
